OHEA will identify energy leaks using state-of-the-art building diagnostic tools that include a Blower Door, Thermal Imaging Camera, and accessories for support.
The energy inspection and audit process normally takes 1-2 hours. Once completed, a full color report is generated that will include suggested repairs for energy and comfort improvements.
Based on the findings of the report, Ohio Home Energy Advisors can provide you a customized “Energy Impact Kit” on site that includes the minor and inexpensive energy leak repair and energy saving products. You can choose to install the repairs yourself or we will do it for you.
OHEA will provide home improvement contractor options for the projects that go beyond the scope of minor repairs and installation. These are a variety of local companies who have shown reliability and excellent customer service to our clientele, including Plumbers, HVAC, Insulation Contractors, Window and Door, Moisture and Environmental Remediation, Specialty remodeling, Electricians, and more.
